These terms govern your use of try-laro.com and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order by email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if the item is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if a price or description was published in error — and if we do, we refund you in full.
Prices and errors
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before you order. We try hard to describe our products accurately, but we do not warrant that every description, image or specification is completely free of error. If an item is materially not as described, your remedy is our refund policy.
Using a percussion massager safely
Our products are consumer wellness devices. They are not medical devices, they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and nothing on this store is medical advice.
Do not use a percussion massager over broken skin, an open wound, a fresh injury, a fracture, a blood clot, or directly on the head, throat or spine. If you are pregnant, or you have a pacemaker or other implanted device, diabetes, neuropathy, osteoporosis, varicose veins, a bleeding disorder, or you are recovering from surgery, speak to a doctor before using one. Stop immediately if you feel pain, numbness or discomfort. You use the product at your own risk.

Delivery times, duties, refunds and the 12-month hardware warranty are covered in our Shipping policy and our Return and refund policy. Those policies form part of these terms.

The text, images, video and design on this store belong to LARO or are used with permission. Please do not copy or republish them commercially without asking.
Reviews on this store
Customer reviews shown on our product pages are genuine reviews written by buyers of the same product, imported from the marketplace where the item is also sold. Reviewer names are shown as initials to protect privacy, and reviews originally written in another language have been translated. We do not write, buy, or edit reviews, and we do not remove a review because it is critical.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protection you have under the law of the country you live in.

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you order is the version that applies to your order.
